As our company expands we will be looking for to recruit security personnel for our Team.

HIRING STANDARDS

Qualification needed

•  A valid security license cod: 68-008-E or detective license cod: 68-009-M is required prior to applying. Proof of valid licensing and proof of Law enforcement and/or Military service will be also requested
• You must be a Czech Citizen and pass a thorough background and security check with no history of criminal convictions in any jurisdiction to work at WESTLAKE Security LLC
• Have excellent driving skills and a good driving record
• Must be over the age of 25 and have had a driver’s license for at least 5 years
• Must maintain a professional attire and appearance
• Have a firearm permit group “D” and own a secondary weapon to apply for Close Protection's job
  
• If you are selected, you will be required to attend periodic training programs

• Must be able to respect people’s privacy and keep information confidential
• Be flexible, calm and patient at work
• Be alert to road conditions and the surrounding environment
• Have a professional and pleasant personality
• Excellent customer service skills and pay attention to detail
• Familiarity with local environment
• Have good communication skills and the ability to quickly learn and follow procedures
• Must have a Smartphone and know how to use it
• Czech and English language (spoken & written) is a must. Knowledge of any other additional European language is a plus
